Guatemala, 20 Quetzals, P-39s (Unlisted specimen), blue on m/c, portrait of Landiivar at left, Specimen overprints, POC's and Zero serial numbers. PMG graded Superb Gem Unc. 67 EPQ, Attractive note. ABNC. The highest grade and finest known out of 5 graded in the PMG census.
