Medellin, Colombia. 10 Pesos, P- Unlisted denomination, (Similar to P-S900A), DP14921sp, (Listed as ND (1900) but archival notation notes "Submitted 3rd Oct (18)93", Black text and border on blue colored undertint, POC's, back blue, PMG graded Choice Uncirculated 63 with 4 small staple holes on the left margin with light rust, Rare and possibly unique note. BW&C. First time seen by cataloger.
