Lock Haven, PA. $20, Black with title in red, Washington lower right, Milk maid with sheaves and arms in middle, back orange-red with large "20" in middle, POC's in signature blocks on face, cut down to banknote size, Printed on india paper on thin card, The face appears Choice Uncirculated and possibly better, the back is AU/Unc. Rare notes from the Christies 1990 ABN auction of Obsolete Banknotes. DW&C.
