New York, NY. NYSE Group, Odd Shares, Black text, blue end panel and underprint in light brown of the New York Stock Exchange Building on Wall Street with an Oak Tree in middle. Pin Punch Specimen cancels with the date 2-15-2006 and large red SPECIMEN in middle right. Mint condition as made. Rare and from a new find. ABNC.
