Philadelphia, PA. 8 Shares, I/U, Black on thin paper, Franklin on left, Girard on right, flanking early train through valley in middle and tiny train on bottom, S/N 460, Issued to John E. Ridgway, Signed by Samuel R. Wood as president, Carpenter as Treasurer. Fine to VF with a rough top margin and light foxing, otherwise very attractive and rare. Cha.Toppan & Co. Listed railroad in Cox, no certificates have been seen previously and no image was available. This may possibly be the only certificate from this railroad to be offered in years. From an old estate.
