Wyoming & Montana, (Inc. in St. Paul, Minnesota), 1887. I/C stock certificate. 50 Shares. Capital stock. Certificate #50. Black border and title with vignette of "Old Faithful" and mountains. VF condition with light toning on left and small POC's. Corporate seal has running dear or elk on it. Extremely rare early National Park certificate. Yellowstone National Park, set aside as a national park on March 1, 1872, is located in Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. It spans an area of 3,472 square miles, comprising lakes, canyons, rivers and mountain ranges. Half of the world's geothermal features are in Yellowstone, fueled by this ongoing volcanism. Rare National Park related stock certificate.
