Black on very light purple underprint, Patriotic eagle and shield at left, Mine and building in middle, hands shaking at bottom, 25 cent U.S.I.R. revenue stamp on left, Issued to J.F. Griffith, Signed by Joseph LA flower as president. S/N 6, XF condition. Rare Nevada Territory Mining stock certificate from a new estate find. Towne & Bacon, Printers, San Francisco.
