Santa Barbara, CA. August 22, 1873, 10 shares, I/C stock certificate, Black on off white paper, Birds-eye-view of Santa Barbara on top left over large title in middle with dog and safe on bottom, Issued to John Edwards, Signed by the cashier, A.L. Lincoln and the President which is not legible. S/N 2, Small POC's in signature blocks, VF condition with light toning. Attractive and extremely rare. First time offered by us. This certificate would be the perfect companion for the matching National Gold Bank note.
