Fiji, £1, P-53cts, Olive green on light blue and orange undertint, the back is the same color, (issued color was green on yellow and blue underprint), POC's, Specimen overprint, Queen Elizabeth II at right, "Specimen of No Value" in red on upper left excess margin, PCGS graded Very Choice New 64, Rare note in any condition. BW&C.
