Valparaiso, Chile, 10 Pesos, Plate B, P-S489s,Specimen, Black on light green underprint, Dog on upper left and seated allegorical women flank arms of Chile. Red specimen overprint, POC and "00000" serial numbers. Counterfoils on left and right side of the note. Unpriced in Pick. PCGS graded Choice AU 55PPQ, ABNC. Rare and very attractive banknote.
